Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery 

Wings Skoda can only deliver to the United Kingdom, this applies to mainland locations only, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may require an additional delivery cost, if you’re unsure if this applies to your delivery postcode please contact us before making a purchase to obtain a full delivery cost. All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery with the exception for items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods. 

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. Your goods will be delivered using our chosen logistics supplier.  However certain bulky items over 25kg will incur an additional charge for which we will make you aware prior to dispatch. 

All delivery timescales are 2-5 WORKING days from date of dispatch subject to product and delivery slot availability.

 

Delivery Charges 

You will only pay one delivery charge per order (regardless of the amount of items ordered in a single purchase), this will be the highest charge depending on the contents of your order. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

 

Force Majeure 

Wings Skoda shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Goods 

In the unlikely event you receive a different item than ordered please contact us by emailing parts@wingsskoda.com or calling 01733 296969 selecting option 3. If the goods are received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately and keep all delivery packaging as we may require photos of the damage in order to claim against our courier and arrange either a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

Returns and Cancellations 

All items purchased will be delivered within 5 days of the order being dispatched. Where we expect there to be a delay, we will contact you and inform you of this delay to see if you still wish to proceed with the order. This will be done either by email or telephone and a record of this will be kept by Wings Skoda Online Store. 

Should you wish to cancel your order you can do so at any time prior to the goods being dispatched by emailing Parts@Wingsskoda.com. We will send a return email confirming that your order has been cancelled successfully. Should you not receive this within 24 hours then please contact us again either by email or telephone on 01733 296969 and selecting option 3. 

If you wish to cancel your order once the goods have been dispatched, you can do so up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. The receipt of goods date will be taken from our chosen logistic suppliers’ proof of delivery. Please note we are unable to stop a delivery once your order has been dispatched. 

To cancel / return your order you must inform us by email within 14 days from receipt. We will respond to your email within 24 hours excluding Saturday and Sunday. If we fail to respond to your email, then you must call us on 01733 296969 selection option 3 to notify us of your intent to cancel the order. Special ordered parts that are supplied correctly will not share the same policy; in this instance no refund will be given.  

Goods that are to be returned to Wings Skoda Online Store must be kept with their original packaging, in good resalable condition and have never been fitted to the vehicle or used. 

Any defects or damage must be reported to us when you are cancelling your order by email. Failure to inform us of defects or damage may result in the goods not being refunded. 

Wings Skoda will not under any circumstances pay for the return of cancelled orders. This responsibility and costs is to be covered by the customer (you). 

You must ensure that the goods are packed in a way that prevents them from being damaged and take out adequate insurance cover in case the items are damaged / lost during return. 

Once the goods are returned to us here at Wings Skoda, they will be inspected, and a refund given. You will be notified of this by either email of telephone. 

Any refund given will not include carriage / delivery costs. 

Should goods sent back not be in a resalable condition or be damaged no refund will be given. 

Where there is a discrepancy, photographic evidenced will be obtained by Wings Skoda.
